Salary: $185,000 - $250,000 USD per annum

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the end-to-end mortgage operations process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely execution.
• Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures to enhance workflow and productivity.
• Ensure all operations adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Analyse operational performance using key metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
• Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales and underwriting, to ensure seamless business processes.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the operations department.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and systems to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage operations, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional organisational and project management abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
• A client-focused mindset with a commitment to professionalism and excellence.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is highly desirable.
