Operations Manager (Admin)

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

 Oversee daily operations of the Eco Village.

 Ensure smooth functioning of departments (Farm, Goshala, Kitchen, Maintenance, Guest

House, Facilities, Programs).

 Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.

 Maintain daily activity logs and reporting system.

 Coordinate purchases and inventory management.

Team Coordination

 Supervise workers.

 Conduct weekly review meetings.

 Ensure work culture is disciplined, respectful, and spiritually aligned.

 Resolve conflicts and maintain harmony.

Guest & Retreat Management

 Coordinate stay arrangements for guests and retreat participants.

 Ensure cleanliness, hospitality standards, and spiritual environment.

 Oversee event and program logistics.

Financial Oversight

 Monitor daily expenses and budget adherence.

 Coordinate with finance department for reporting.

 Ensure transparency in purchases and payments.

Infrastructure & Maintenance

 Ensure property upkeep (buildings, water, electricity, farm equipment, stores).

 Supervise repairs and new development works.

 Maintain safety standards.

Required Qualifications

 Graduate in any discipline (Management background preferred).

 3–7 years experience in operations, rural management, hospitality, NGO, or spiritual

organization management.

 Strong leadership and communication skills.

 Basic financial understanding and reporting ability.

 Willingness to stay full-time at the Eco Village (Residential Role).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
