Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
Oversee daily operations of the Eco Village.
Ensure smooth functioning of departments (Farm, Goshala, Kitchen, Maintenance, Guest
House, Facilities, Programs).
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
Maintain daily activity logs and reporting system.
Coordinate purchases and inventory management.
Team Coordination
Supervise workers.
Conduct weekly review meetings.
Ensure work culture is disciplined, respectful, and spiritually aligned.
Resolve conflicts and maintain harmony.
Guest & Retreat Management
Coordinate stay arrangements for guests and retreat participants.
Ensure cleanliness, hospitality standards, and spiritual environment.
Oversee event and program logistics.
Financial Oversight
Monitor daily expenses and budget adherence.
Coordinate with finance department for reporting.
Ensure transparency in purchases and payments.
Infrastructure & Maintenance
Ensure property upkeep (buildings, water, electricity, farm equipment, stores).
Supervise repairs and new development works.
Maintain safety standards.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Management background preferred).
3–7 years experience in operations, rural management, hospitality, NGO, or spiritual
organization management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Basic financial understanding and reporting ability.
Willingness to stay full-time at the Eco Village (Residential Role).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
