Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Aluminum & Façade to oversee and manage all operational activities related to façade and aluminum projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple aluminum and façade projects from planning through project handover.
• Supervise and support project managers, engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
• Ensure projects are completed according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with design, estimation, procurement, production, and installation teams.
• Monitor fabrication and site installation progress to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and project performance.
• Ensure strict compliance with QA/QC procedures and HSE standards.
• Manage resource allocation including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Review project cost reports and control operational expenditures.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 15–20 years of experience in aluminum and façade projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale façade, curtain wall, and glazing projects.
• Strong leadership, project management, and team coordination skills.
• Excellent understanding of fabrication processes and site installation activities.
• Strong knowledge of commercial management and cost control.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
