Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager – Aluminum & Façade to oversee and manage all operational activities related to façade and aluminum projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements while leading cross-functional teams across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple aluminum and façade projects from planning through execution to final handover.
• Oversee and guide project managers, engineers, supervisors, and site teams to ensure effective project execution.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and production departments to ensure smooth project workflow.
• Monitor fabrication, logistics, and site installation progress to ensure timely completion.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and HSE regulations across all projects.
• Manage resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Review project cost reports, budgets, and operational expenditures to maintain profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 15–20 years of experience in aluminum and façade project operations within the construction industry.
• Proven experience managing large-scale curtain wall, glazing, and façade projects.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of aluminum fabrication processes and site installation activities.
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control expertise.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
