Job Title: Operations Manager – Aluminum & Façade

About the Role
We are looking for a senior-level Operations Manager to take full responsibility for the execution and performance of aluminum and façade projects across the UAE. This role will oversee factory production, project execution, site installation, logistics, and coordination between all departments to ensure smooth operations and successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in façade and aluminum contracting, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of aluminum and façade projects across factory and site.
- Manage project timelines, manpower planning, and resource distribution.
- Supervise project managers, engineers, supervisors, and installation teams.
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, procurement, and production departments.
- Ensure fabrication and installation activities are completed as per project schedule.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and overall financial performance.
- Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Implement operational procedures and workflow improvements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Handle project risks, delays, and technical or operational challenges.
- Maintain communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Report project and operational performance to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in aluminum and façade contracting companies.
- Strong experience in curtain wall, glazing, cladding, and aluminum fabrication and installation.
- Experience managing multiple projects and large operational teams.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and cost control.
- Good leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- UAE experience is required.
