We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee overall operational performance of our Aluminum Factory and ensure smooth coordination between factory, procurement, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall factory operations including production, logistics, and delivery
- Coordinate with project managers to align production schedules with site requirements
- Monitor KPIs, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Supervise procurement of aluminum materials and accessories
- Improve workflow, production planning, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, and performance monitoring
- Lead cross-functional coordination between factory, warehouse, and site teams
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7–10 years experience in operations within construction or aluminum manufacturing
- Strong understanding of aluminum works (curtain walls, doors, windows, cladding systems)
- Experience in production planning and operational management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
