Senior Manager - CCU Shift Manager (DEL5)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Manager - CCU Shift Manager to join our operational leadership team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for managing the City Control Unit (CCU) during shift operations, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and responsiveness of our attractions and facilities for all guests. Your leadership will play a crucial part in cultivating a remarkable visitor experience in our groundbreaking entertainment destination.

The Shift Manager leads on-shift operations from the City Command Unit (CCU), ensuring real-time coordination, compliance with standard operating procedures, and uninterrupted service delivery across all operational functions. The role acts as the primary escalation point during live operations, incidents, and disruptions, maintaining safety, service continuity, and stakeholder alignment across 24/7 city operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate all operational activities during assigned shifts from the CCU.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for incidents, disruptions, and operational deviations.
  • Conduct pre-, mid-, and post-shift briefings to ensure seamless handovers and continuity.
  • Supervise CCU Operators and manage workload distribution across operational streams.
  • Monitor shift performance and provide real-time guidance and decision support.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, SOPs, and operational procedures.
  • Oversee incident identification, escalation, coordination, and closure.
  • Identify emerging operational risks and escalate appropriately
  • Coordinate in real time with field teams, emergency services, and other control centers.
  • Monitor city operations using dashboards, CCTV, and digital monitoring tools.
  • Ensure accurate logging of incidents, decisions, and shift activities.
  • Provide timely and accurate operational updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations, control room, or field environments.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory, coordination, or shift leadership role.
  • Experience in shift-based operations and live incident handling environments.
  • Shift-based role covering 24/7 operations.
  • On-site presence within the City Command Unit (CCU).
  • Reports to the CCU Director or Duty Director as per approved roster.
  • Strong technical knowledge of CCU systems and operational processes.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
