Site Production Manager – Aluminum Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven professional to oversee and manage on-site aluminum production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all on-site aluminum production and installation activities.

Plan, organize, and control daily site operations to ensure project completion on time.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor production and installation processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

Lead and manage site teams, ensuring productivity and performance.

Identify and resolve operational issues and implement effective solutions.

Prepare regular reports on site progress, productivity, and performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of proven experience in aluminum production and site operations.

Mandatory experience within the United Arab Emirates (applications without UAE experience will not be considered).

Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, fabrication, and installation processes.

Proven experience managing site teams and handling project-based environments.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
