UAE NATIONAL- Site Engineer - (Emiratization)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Civil Engineer (UAE National with family book) to join our client who is a prestigious Interior fit out and construction company based in Abudhabi and Dubai. This role is exclusively open to UAE Citizens as part of our Emiratization initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and working on on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This role requires a strong technical background in automation, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site engineering activities related to the installation, testing and commissioning , working on site projects
• Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, engineering drawings, and quality control procedures for all components and installations.
• Coordinate daily operations with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Prepare and review technical reports, progress reports, and documentation related to site activities and performance.
• Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies on site.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for systems during installation and initial operational phases.
• Manage site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in client meetings, provide updates on project status, and address any technical concerns or queries.
• Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and operational manuals.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff on site.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with local regulations and international standards.
