Operations Manager – Café Truck Project (Contract-Based)

Cocoon Cosmetics is launching a new concept under Cocoon Group: Cocoon Glow Café — a unique mobile café experience that blends beauty and lifestyle through a branded café truck in collaboration with the Cocoon brand.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and solution-driven Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end setup and execution of the Cocoon Glow Café truck. This role will be responsible for managing all operational, logistical, and coordination aspects of the project from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the full execution of the café truck project from concept to launch
* Handle all government approvals, licenses, and permits required to operate the café truck
* Identify, secure, and negotiate prime locations for operations
* Coordinate closely with the marketing team and Cocoon team to align on concept and execution
* Work with chefs, baristas, and consultants to develop the café menu and overall experience
* Source and manage vendors and suppliers, including:
* Truck production and customization
* Equipment suppliers
* Printing and branding factories
* Uniform suppliers
* Oversee the production and build of the café truck, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
* Manage recruitment or coordination of baristas, chefs, and operational staff
* Handle supplier negotiations, budgeting, and cost control
* Troubleshoot and resolve any operational or logistical challenges throughout the project
* Ensure full readiness for a smooth and successful launch

Requirements:

* Proven experience in operations or project management, preferably in F&B, retail, events, or activations
* Strong understanding of UAE regulations, licensing, and permits (especially for mobile/F&B concepts)
* Experience in vendor sourcing and negotiations
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Strong problem-solving and solution-driven mindset
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently

* Existing network of vendors, suppliers, or government contacts in the UAE

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
