Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations, manage fleet performance, and ensure high service standards for a growing car rental and chauffeur company in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily fleet and driver operations

Manage vehicle scheduling, utilization, and maintenance

Ensure service quality and on-time delivery

Handle VIP clients and operational issues professionally

Monitor KPIs, costs, and operational efficiency

Coordinate with sales, finance, and management teams

Requirements

5+ years of experience in car rental, fleet, or transport operations

Strong knowledge of the UAE market and regulations

Proven leadership and team management skills

Experience with fleet management systems and reporting

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Fluent in English
