Operations Manager – Career Guidance (Schools Project)

We are seeking expressions of interest for an Operations Manager to join a potential nationwide Career Guidance Project aimed at supporting schools across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This project—currently under bid—will focus on empowering students with the skills, awareness, and guidance they need to make informed career and education choices aligned with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 objectives.

As the Operations Manager , you will lead the delivery of program activities in schools, oversee a team of career advisors and coordinators, and ensure the successful implementation of career guidance frameworks and tools. The role requires a strong operational leader with a passion for education and youth empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and delivery of career guidance activities across assigned schools.
• Manage and support field teams, ensuring adherence to quality, performance, and engagement standards.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders including the Ministry of Education, school principals, and program partners.
• Monitor outcomes and report on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience managing large-scale educational or youth-focused projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
