The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality patient care, and exceptional service standards. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to manage a dynamic, health-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic (front desk, call center, medical support, etc.)

Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize waiting times

Manage clinic staff schedules, attendance, and performance

Supervise administrative and non-medical teams

Coordinate between medical staff and administrative departments

Monitor and improve patient experience and satisfaction
-
Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures
-
Handle operational issues and resolve escalations efficiently

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards

Manage inventory, supplies, and clinic resources
-
Prepare operational reports and performance analysis
Qualifications
-
Any Bachelor's degree is acceptable .

Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in a clinic or healthcare setting

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems
Special Requirement (Important)

The candidate must be physically fit and presentable, as the clinic operates within a sports/fitness-oriented environment.
