JOB TITLE: Operations Manager

ROLE DEFINITION:

The Operations Manager oversees daily company operations to ensure efficiency,

productivity, and compliance with company standards. The role focuses on managing

teams, improving processes, and achieving operational targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, manage, and supervise daily operations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Monitor operational performance and productivity
• Implement company policies and procedures
• Coordinate between departments (HR, Finance, Site, Procurement)
• Control costs and optimize resources
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations

TASKS & ACTIVITIES:

• Conduct daily/weekly operations meetings
• Prepare operational performance reports
• Monitor manpower allocation and project timelines
• Approve purchase and material requirements
• Develop process improvement strategies
• Handle client coordination and issue resolution
• Supervise site/project managers.
