Operations Manager - Dental Clinics

About the Role

We are an upcoming chain of dental clinics located in Dubai, looking for an Operations Manager to support and execute high-impact strategic and operational initiatives across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and hands-on experience coordinating cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day clinic operations across Dental Nation clinics
• Ensure smooth functioning of front desk, nursing, clinical support, and patient flow
• Drive adherence to SOPs, clinical protocols, service standards, and operational KPIs
• Monitor clinic performance including productivity, utilisation, patient experience, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with Clinical Heads, Nursing In-Charges, Front Office, and Support Teams to resolve operational issues
• Implement process improvements to reduce delays, inefficiencies, and operational bottlenecks
• Oversee staffing coverage, duty rosters, and operational readiness across clinics
• Support new clinic openings, expansions, and operational rollouts
• Prepare and present regular operational reports and performance dashboards to senior management
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues within the clinics

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience is mandatory in dental clinics operations management
• Strong understanding of clinic workflows, patient flow, staffing, and service delivery
• Proven experience managing on-ground teams and driving operational discipline
• Ability to implement SOPs, monitor compliance, and enforce service standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for operational tracking and reporting
• Experience working closely with clinical teams, nursing staff, and front-office teams
• Prior exposure to multi-branch operations or clinic scaling is a strong advantage
