Operations Manager - Dialer/VoIP Industry

We are seeking a strong and disciplined Head of Operations to lead and control daily execution across our telecom business.

This role is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between Support, Server, Development, and Carrier teams while reducing CEO-level involvement in daily operational issues.

This is not a technical coding role. This is a leadership and execution ownership role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all support teams and ensure SLA compliance
  • Manage daily operational performance across departments
  • Filter and manage escalations before reaching CEO
  • Coordinate between Dev, Server, and Carrier teams
  • Ensure client issues are resolved efficiently
  • Enforce deadlines and accountability
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews with team leads
  • Identify recurring operational failures and implement corrective measures
  • Provide structured weekly operational reports to CEO

What You Will NOT Do

  • You will not handle coding or development work
  • You will not negotiate carrier pricing
  • You will not manage financial accounting
  • You will not work as a ticket-level support agent

Your role is to control execution and maintain discipline.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5–7 years experience in operations management
  • Experience in telecom, call center, VoIP, or tech services industry preferred
  • Strong leadership and conflict management skills
  • Ability to handle pressure calmly
  • Ability to take ownership of failures publicly
  • Strong decision-making ability
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Must be disciplined and structured in approach
