We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager – E-Commerce to oversee and streamline daily operations across our e-commerce business. The role requires strong expertise in process optimization, order management, vendor coordination, logistics, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth functioning of end-to-end e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling operations for e-commerce platforms, marketplace management, and D2C channels with a strong focus on efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:E-Commerce Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, etc.) and D2C website.
- Ensure smooth execution of order processing, inventory management, fulfillment, and returns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (catalog, marketing, finance, customer support) to ensure seamless workflows.
- Monitor SLAs with logistics partners and ensure timely deliveries.
Process & Performance Management
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as order accuracy, fulfillment rate, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage relationships with logistics providers, warehouse teams, and third-party vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and optimize costs while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational standards.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the operations team to deliver excellence.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions.
- Provide regular updates to management on operational performance and improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and logistics operations.
- Hands-on experience in inventory management, supply chain, and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and analytics/reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in both marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and D2C/brand-owned platforms.
- Knowledge of performance marketing operations impact on inventory & fulfillment.
- Exposure to international e-commerce operations (added advantage).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
