Operations Manager E-commerce

For a very well-known Company based in Obour City an Operations Manager E-Commerce is urgently needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the Shopify store on a daily basis
• Upload and maintain fashion products with accurate size charts, colors, fabrics, fits, and pricing
• Manage collections by season, drop, category, and campaign
• Ensure product imagery, descriptions, and tagging follow brand standards
• Plan and execute homepage, collection, and PDP merchandising
• Manage launches, drops, promotions, and markdowns
• Optimize product ordering, filters, and navigation for fashion browsing
• Ensure correct display of variants (sizes, colors, fits)
• Coordinate inventory availability with warehouses and stores
• Monitor size curves, best sellers, slow movers, and stock aging
• Ensure accurate stock sync and prevent overselling
• Coordinate order fulfillment, returns, and exchanges
• Monitor and analyze KPIs: sales, conversion rate, AOV, sell-through, returns
• Work with marketing on campaigns, paid ads, email, and SMS
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion and reduce returns
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights
• Ensure smooth checkout, payment, and delivery flow
• Oversee online returns, exchanges, and customer feedback
• Ensure sizing, fabric, and fit information reduces customer confusion

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Strong Shopify proficiency is mandatory
• Experience managing high-SKU catalogs with size and color variants
• Familiarity with fashion KPIs (sell-through, size performance, returns)
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the retail industry
• Strong experience in fashion and apparel retail
• 5 working days from the office
• Office location: Zamalek
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
