We are looking for an experienced Executive Manager to lead operations, drive project execution, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to manage budgets, vendors, and performance to achieve sustainable results.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead daily operations and oversee execution of projects and programs

• Ensure delivery within time, budget, and quality standards

• Manage budgets, procurement, vendors, and contracts

• Drive governance, compliance, and risk management practices

• Lead and develop high-performing teams

• Monitor performance and submit executive reports to support decision-making

• Enhance customer experience and measure social/educational impact

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

• 8–12 years of experience in operations or project management (3–5 years in leadership role)

• Strong experience in budgeting, procurement, and vendor management

• Experience in educational, training, or non-profit sector is a Must

• Professional certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) are a plus
