- Daily operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, such as restaurants, bars, and catering services.
- Staff management: Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff, including setting performance standards, conducting evaluations, and creating schedules.
- Financial management: Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement strategies to increase profitability and control costs.
- Customer experience: Ensure high-quality customer service, address complaints, and monitor customer satisfaction levels to make necessary improvements.
- Quality control: Monitor food and beverage quality, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Menu and concept management: Innovate and refresh menus or concepts to enhance customer appeal and coordinate with suppliers for high-quality ingredients.
- Inventory and procurement: Manage inventory to reduce waste, control stock levels, and coordinate with supply chain departments.
