Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Aesthetics Lab in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, high service standards, regulatory compliance, and efficient team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the aesthetics lab
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and lab standards
• Supervise staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and support teams
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and vendor management
• Monitor operational efficiency and improve processes
• Handle customer service and operational issues professionally
• Prepare reports and support management decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management (aesthetics/healthcare preferred)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of lab operations, hygiene, and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
