Position: Operations Manager – Fast Food Restaurant Chain (F&B Sector)
Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage multiple outlets of a fast food restaurant chain in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in restaurant operations, team leadership, financial control, and operational excellence within the F&B industry, ensuring consistent brand standards and business growth.
Key Responsibilities Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations of all fast food outlets to ensure efficiency, profitability, and brand consistency.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are maintained in compliance with company policies and Saudi food safety regulations.
- Monitor operational workflows and ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and delivery teams.
Team Leadership & Training
- train, and develop restaurant managers and operational staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement and development plans.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
Sales & Financial Management
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across outlets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets, food costs, labor costs, and inventory control.
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures and accurate financial reporting.
Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all outlets.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Inventory & Supply Chain
- Supervise procurement processes, stock levels, and supply chain operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality standards and timely deliveries.
- Minimize waste and control costs through effective inventory management.
Marketing & Business Development
- Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and local store marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Support new store openings, renovations, and expansion projects.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi food safety, health, and labor regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions when required.
Reporting & Strategy
- Prepare regular operational and financial performance reports for senior management.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Contribute to strategic planning and long-term business objectives.
Requirements
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in operations management within a fast food or casual dining restaurant chain
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage multiple outlets
