Position Title: Operations Manager – Food & Beverage

Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service, operational efficiency, and profitability. This role involves managing outlet performance, coordinating with support departments, implementing operational strategies, and maintaining brand standards across all locations. The Operations Manager plays a critical role in achieving business objectives, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight
- Oversee and manage daily operations across all F&B outlets.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and brand guidelines.
- Monitor outlet performance, including sales, service quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational consistency and compliance.
Performance & Profitability
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, labor, inventory, and operational costs.
- Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly.
Team Management & Development
- Lead, train, and mentor outlet managers and their teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Foster a positive, professional, and customer-focused work culture.
Customer Experience
- Ensure all outlets deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Implement initiatives to enhance guest experience and encourage repeat business.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as a link between outlet teams and senior management.
- Collaborate with the purchasing, finance, marketing, and HR departments to support operational needs.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to boost sales.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with local laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in line with F&B industry best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in F&B operations management, preferably overseeing multiple outlets.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and improve profitability.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS management systems.
- Strong understanding of F&B industry trends, service standards, and operational best practices.
