Operations Manager – Fit Out

Job Summary:

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of fit-out projects from initial costing and estimation through design, planning, and final execution. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and technical skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Costing & Estimation:

· Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for fit-out projects based on client requirements, material specifications, labor, and equipment needs.

· Study & analyze the market fluctuations of products related to Fit outs

· Analyze project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle to maximize profitability.

• Design Coordination:
• Collaborate with design teams to develop practical and innovative fit-out solutions that meet client expectations and regulatory standards.
• Review and approve design drawings and specifications to ensure feasibility and compliance.
• Project Planning:

· Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, procurement schedules, and risk assessments.

· Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Execution & Quality Control:
• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure fit-out works are executed according to plans, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues promptly, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Team Leadership & Communication:
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve operational excellence and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and management regarding project status, challenges, and milestones.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in fit-out project management, including costing, estimation, design coordination, and execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
