
Operations Manager (Flower Co.)
- Train staff on procedures, safety, and quality standards.
- Supervise florists, warehouse staff, and drivers.
- Supervise daily operations in the shop, warehouse, and production areas (bouquet preparation, floral arrangement, event orders).
- Ensure smooth coordination between florists, drivers, suppliers, and customer service.
- Monitor and optimize processes to increase efficiency and reduce delays.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and professional standards in all work areas.
- Oversee flower stock levels, consumables, accessories, vases, and packaging materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely purchase and delivery of flowers.
- Monitor flower quality upon arrival and ensure proper storage (temperature, hydration, handling).
- Ensure all floral arrangements meet company quality standards.
- Assign tasks and manage florist workload.
- Plan delivery routes and schedules.
- Ensure accurate, timely delivery of customer orders.
- Supervise drivers and track delivery performance.
- Resolve any delivery or customer issues immediately.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock levels, waste, and delivery performance.
- Manage operational budgets and reduce operational costs.
- Implement operational SOPs and ensure compliance.
