We are seeking an Operations Manager with strong franchise management experience and a proven track record of overseeing complete restaurant and bar operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in managing high-volume outlets, maintaining brand standards across multiple locations, and ensuring operational excellence in both FOH and BOH teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise & Multi-Outlet Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end operations of franchise and company-owned outlets.
- Ensure all units function in full compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
- Conduct periodic audits and performance reviews across all outlets.
- Act as the primary point of contact between franchise partners and the corporate team.
End-to-End Restaurant & Bar Management
- Take full ownership of daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between FOH & BOH.
- Drive operational discipline, service standards, hygiene protocols, and brand implementation across all departments.
- Monitor bar operations including bar inventory, beverage cost control, recipes, and bartender performance.
Staff Hiring, Training & Development
- Lead recruitment for all operational roles with support from the HR team.
- Conduct training programs for FOH, BOH, and bar teams—service, product knowledge, grooming, SOPs, bar skills, etc.
- Build high-performing teams through mentoring and continuous skill enhancement.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain high-quality service, food & beverage consistency, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Ensure effective coordination between the kitchen and bar for smooth, timely service.
- Implement strong cost-control systems across F&B, wastage, inventory, and manpower.
Guest Experience & Event Handling
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and manage complaint resolution professionally.
- Handle peak-hour operations, match screenings, live events, and large group bookings.
Financial & Reporting Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets, beverage cost, food cost, and overall profitability KPIs.
- Review outlet-level P&L, share inputs for budgeting, and monitor daily/weekly MIS and operational checklists.
- Ensure franchise outlets adhere to financial reporting norms set by the brand.
Cross-Department Coordination
- Liaise with marketing, supply chain, training, finance, and maintenance to ensure all outlets run smoothly.
- Support franchise partners with promotions, campaigns, menu updates, and operational improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- 7–8 years of experience in restaurant or bar operations, with at least 2–3 years in a franchise-driven F&B brand.
- Deep understanding of bar operations, beverage formats, costing, inventory systems, and bar training.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities across multiple outlets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SOP implementation, brand compliance, and operational audits.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume setups.
- Flexibility to work match nights, weekends, events, and extended operational hours.
