OPERATIONS MANAGER – KETA MEDICAL CENTER
KETA Medical Center leads New York and New Jersey in providing safe and effective ketamine treatments to adults struggling with mood disorders. At all seven of our offices, we offer intravenous ketamine and Spravato, an FDA-approved nasal spray.
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized
Operations Manager
to support the day-to-day administrative operations across all clinic locations, with a focus on managing facilities issues, tech and non-tech vendors, new office set up, inventory management, logistics, scheduling and related operational matters across all of our offices. The ideal candidate has experience in project management, is tech savvy and
thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This position is on-site, with regular travel to our seven office locations. E 39th Street; W 86th Street; W 96th Street; Brooklyn Heights; New Rochelle; Oradell, NJ; and Westfield, NJ
Key Responsibilities

Manage inventory, systems, vendors and facility needs across locations

Serve as liaison with tech and non-tech vendors, and coordinate services as needed to ensure smooth functioning of offices

Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are met

Respond to facility and operational issues as they arise and help streamline workflows

Ensure clinics maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that is consistent across all locations

Support special projects and collaborate with leadership as needed
Qualifications
-
5+ years of relevant experience in operations or clinic administration

Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail

Strong technical background and comfort working with systems, tools, and vendors

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable learning and navigating various systems and software, and helping train others to use them

Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams

Experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is strongly preferred
