About the Role:

We are looking for a professional and motivated Operations Manager to manage the daily operations of our holiday homes portfolio. The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication and leadership skills to ensure smooth property operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all holiday home properties.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and guest support teams.
• Coordinate with property owners and provide performance and ROI updates.
• Ensure listings are accurate and updated across all platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with DTCM regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in holiday homes, hospitality, or property management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of DTCM regulations and booking platforms.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
