Operations Manager - Hospitality

As our portfolio continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations, maintain service excellence, and lead a growing team within a structured and professional environment.

About the Role

The Operations Manager will oversee the entire operational framework of the company. This includes managing guest relations, housekeeping, maintenance, and logistics to ensure that all properties are guest-ready, compliant, and maintained to Skyline Serenity’s standards. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to maintain operational efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will manage all operational departments to ensure consistent property readiness and service delivery.
They will supervise the Guest Relations and Housekeeping teams while coordinating daily activities with the Maintenance and Logistics departments.
They will oversee guest communication and resolve escalations with empathy and professionalism.
They will conduct regular property inspections to ensure every unit meets five-star readiness and presentation standards.
They will maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures for each department to ensure uniformity and compliance.
They will monitor and ensure adherence to Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) and Sakani guest registration requirements.
They will coordinate cleaning schedules and operational checklists in line with booking calendars.
They will manage vendor relations, approve quotations, and review operational expenses with the Finance Manager.
They will monitor guest feedback and operational performance reports to identify improvement opportunities.
They will promote collaboration, accountability, and a strong performance-driven culture across the team.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must have at least three years of managerial experience in operations, guest relations, or front office management within a luxury holiday home company or a five-star hotel in the UAE.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to train and motivate teams.
A solid understanding of housekeeping, maintenance, and guest experience standards is required.
Experience with platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia is preferred.
Knowledge of property management software such as Hostaway, Breezeway, and Monday.com will be an advantage.
Familiarity with DTCM and Sakani procedures will be beneficial.
A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Skyline Serenity offers a competitive monthly salary between AED 10,000 and AED 15,000, depending on experience and performance.
