Operations Manager - Hotel Sector

A leading budget hotel group is seeking a highly driven Area Operations Director to oversee multiple properties and drive operational excellence, scalability, and profitability across the region.

This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who thrives in high-occupancy, lean-operation environments and understands how to balance cost efficiency with guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee 5–10+ properties ensuring operational consistency and brand standards
• Drive financial performance (GOP, RevPAR, labor cost control)
• Mentor and coach General Managers to achieve performance targets
• Optimize procurement and vendor contracts across the portfolio
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance, cleanliness, and SOP adherence
• Lead crisis management and regional issue resolution

Requirements:

• 10+ years in hospitality, including 3–5 years in a Cluster GM or Regional role
• Strong background in Budget / Limited Service hotels
• Proven multi-site management experience
• Strong financial acumen and operational efficiency mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Certifications such as CHA or CRME are a plus
