Operations Manager – Interior Design Firm

7+ year's experience as operations manager, senior project manager, or similar role in interior design, architecture, or construction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead planning, workflow implementation, scheduling, budgeting, and resource deployment for all projects

- *Drive RDash software adoption, usage, and compliance*: oversee data entry, reporting, and documentation by all staff for every project phase (snags, BOQs, orders, activity schedules, site progress, photos, etc.)

- Actively monitor project milestones and critical tasks in RDash, ensuring real-time status visibility for all stakeholders

- Coordinate and supervise design teams, supervisors, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless handoffs and site quality

- Conduct regular site visits and quality audits, logging all findings and progress in RDash.

- Manage procurement processes, vendor negotiation, purchase orders, and inventory control—tracking all procurement in RDash
