Operations Manager (Islamabad)

About the Company:

We are a leading Dubai-based real estate firm specializing in premium residential and commercial properties across the UAE. As part of our regional expansion, we are setting up our Pakistan operations to manage marketing, business development, customer relations, and administrative functions supporting our Dubai headquarters.

Position Overview:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations of the Pakistan office. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills to ensure smooth business execution, operational excellence, and effective collaboration with the Dubai head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, including administration, HR coordination, sales support, and finance liaison.
  • Supervise local staff and ensure alignment with the company’s operational and performance goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Dubai management on business development, marketing, and client service initiatives.
  • Implement and monitor internal processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Prepare operational reports, performance metrics, and business updates for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and local regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, office facilities, and operational budgets.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring of the Pakistan-based team.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and client communications in sync with Dubai HQ.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and propose data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in real estate, sales, or service-based industries.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities with cross-border teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP tools.
  • Understanding of real estate marketing and client management will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
