Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of oil and gas facilities.
- Ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently.
- Monitor performance, budgets, and operational costs.
- Maintain high standards of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) compliance.
- Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and finance teams.
- Plan and oversee maintenance schedules and plant performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Lead and motivate operational staff.
- Prepare regular performance and progress reports for management.
- Build strong relationships with partners, contractors, and authorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in oil and gas operations, with at least 3–5 years in a management role.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
