Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry to oversee daily operations, ensure project efficiency, and manage teams across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering operational excellence within Oil & Gas projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operational activities across Oil & Gas projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and technical teams
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and Oil & Gas regulations
• Manage manpower planning, deployment, and performance
• Prepare operational reports and performance metrics
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years of operations experience
• Mandatory experience in Oil & Gas industry
• Strong understanding of Oil & Gas operational workflows (onshore/offshore projects)
• Experience managing large teams and multi-site operations
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• GCC experience preferred
• PMP or relevant operational certifications are an advantage
