Hiring Operations Manager - Pharma background

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical business and branches.

Ensure smooth workflow across sales, logistics, inventory, and customer service functions.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Monitor operational performance and prepare periodic reports for management.

Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

Oversee branch operations and ensure achievement of operational and financial targets.

Monitor branch performance, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction levels.

Coordinate with branch teams to ensure proper stock availability and inventory control.

Handle operational issues and implement corrective actions when required.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, pharmacies, distributors, and key clients.

Lead, motivate, and manage operational and branch staff.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development support.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per hour
