Key Responsibilities

  • Operational tasks engagement - ensure efficient and smooth daily business processes aligning with the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Develop and possess a deep understanding and extensive knowledge of the company’s processes and products or services to be able to fulfill management’s expectations and goals.
  • Developing and executing operational strategies aligned with company objectives, including budget management, resource allocation, and performance metrics
  • Defining a clear vision and mission statement for the handling of the business
  • Conducting a SWOT analysis, identifying target markets, analysing customer trends, setting measurable goals to optimizing operations, and continuously monitoring performance through key performance indicators
  • Able to consider different perspectives, alternative outcomes or varying strategies to make sound decisions on the job.
  • Identifying and implementing operational improvements through data analysis, workflow optimization, and lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Operations managers must be able to anticipate issues that can affect successful outcomes and approach challenges with creative solutions that help teams meet objectives
  • Having ability to interpret input and information that are necessary for making decisions about business processes.
  • Managing and motivating operational teams, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and coaching to foster a high-performing culture
  • Have strong skills in delegating tasks, organizing and maintaining employee schedules and conducting evaluations and employee assessments.
  • Have strong ability to discern pertinent information and analyse how different factors can affect the success of your business's operations.
  • Overseeing quality control measures across all operations to ensure products and services meet customer expectations and industry standards
  • Conducting a set of proactive processes implemented in a food and beverage establishment to ensure consistent, high-quality service to customers, encompassing aspects like staff training, order accuracy, attentiveness, cleanliness, and timely delivery.
  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant legal, regulatory, and safety standards within operational activities.
  • Conducting Area Supervisor’s responsibilities with stronger skills and deliver execellent results.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments like sales, marketing, and finance to align operational strategies with overall business goals.

Analytical Skills:

· Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and use insights to inform decision-making

Problem-Solving Skills:

· Identifying operational issues, analysing root causes, and developing effective solutions

Project Management Skills:

· Managing the jobs from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget

Communication Skills:

· Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively convey information to diverse stakeholders and the team members

Presentation Skills:

· Strong communication, organizational and computer skills with good knowledge in PPT preparation

Leadership Skills:

· Inspiring and motivating teams to achieve high performance and foster a positive work environment.
