Role Summary
Lenovo is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead sales operations, P&L management, and business cadence across our regional team in Dubai. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in forecasting, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration. You ll drive data-led decision-making, streamline sales execution, and partner with finance, supply chain, and marketing to optimize end-to-end performance.

What You ll Do
* Manage P&L by forecasting revenue, gross profit, and financial performance against business goals
* Collaborate with Finance to build annual budgets and quarterly outlooks, identifying risks and driving corrective action
* Design and implement sales target models, KPIs, and productivity benchmarks across teams
* Run operational cadences like QBRs, forecast calls, and performance reviews to ensure execution and agility
* Lead data-driven forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance dashboards to inform strategic decisions
* Optimize tools and systems such as CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), Tableau, and Power BI for reporting automation
* Align closely with Supply Chain teams on sales forecasting, inventory planning, and delivery execution
* Support Sales Leadership by delivering insights to shape go-to-market strategy and resourcing
* Conduct root-cause analysis of underperformance and translate insights into practical solutions
* Partner with Marketing to assess lead flow, campaign ROI, and demand generation effectiveness
Ideal Profile
* 5 7+ years of experience in sales operations, financial operations, or business performance
* Proven experience with P&L management, budgeting, and margin optimization
* Advanced proficiency in CRM tools, Tableau/Power BI, and Excel or Google Sheets
* Comfortable designing performance metrics, managing sales targets, and driving operational cadence
* Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with logistics, marketing, and finance teams
* Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus
* Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving problems using data
* Clear communicator with executive-level storytelling and presentation abilities
