Operations Manager (Sales & Service)

Location: Kannur, Kerala

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales and service operations across India in the power and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with Power Plants, O&M teams, and Utility providers.
• Oversee service delivery, ensuring timely resolution of client issues and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Develop sales strategies, proposals, and contracts in line with company goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Travel extensively to client locations across India.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree (mandatory).
• 8–10 years of proven sales and service experience in the power plant / industrial sector.
• Strong background in Power Plant and Turbine Service (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel across India.
