Safety World Group is a UAE-based company specializing in fire protection systems, life safety solutions, and engineering services across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Under our engineering division, we also undertake steel erection and structural installation works for various projects across the UAE.

Position: Operations Manager – Steel Erection Department

Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 10,000 (All Inclusive)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise steel erection and structural installation projects
• Plan and coordinate site operations, manpower, and project schedules
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of steel erection works
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, consultants, and site teams
• Monitor project progress, materials, and equipment requirements
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety standards and project specifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in steel erection or structural steel projects in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of steel structures, erection methods, and site operations
• Good understanding of UAE safety regulations and project management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and site teams
• UAE Driving License preferred

Location: all over in UAE (based on project requirements; current projects are in Abu Dhabi).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Structural Steel projects/steel erection in UAE: 5 years (Required)

Language:

• English & Hindi (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Light Vehicle Driving License (Required)
• UAE's any Municipality Engineer License (Required)
• UAE-MOFA attested Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required)
