Role Overview:

The Operations role at Tenderchops is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of stores, maintaining product quality, driving sales performance, optimizing manpower, and ensuring adherence to company standards in customer service, hygiene, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across Tenderchops outlets in the assigned region.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company SOPs in production, display, hygiene, and customer service.
  • Monitor inventory, wastage, and stock movement; coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely replenishment.
  • Track sales performance and implement local store marketing initiatives to meet revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular audits on store operations, product quality, and staff performance.
  • Train and motivate store teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Handle operational issues, customer escalations, and ensure resolution within timelines.
  • Support in new store openings — from setup to launch.
  • Coordinate with central functions (HR, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth execution of policies and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present periodic operational performance reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent coordination and multitasking ability.
  • Knowledge of fresh food retail operations (meat/seafood preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation.
  • Customer-centric approach and ability to handle field challenges.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and communication.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in retail operations / food retail / QSR / FMCG.
  • Experience managing multi-store operations preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
