Operations Manager – Warehouse & Distribution (3PL)

The Role
We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead warehouse and distribution operations for a 3PL site in Riyadh. You’ll own daily performance across inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory accuracy, ensuring service levels and cost targets are met. You’ll lead supervisors and shift teams, implement KPI routines, and drive continuous improvement across productivity, quality, and HSE. You’ll work closely with clients, transport partners, and internal support functions to ensure smooth execution and scalable operations.

Requirements
7–12+ years in warehouse/distribution operations, ideally within 3PL, e-commerce fulfilment, FMCG, or retail distribution. Proven leadership of large teams and shift-based operations. Strong KPI management (OTIF, productivity, shrinkage, inventory accuracy) and continuous improvement capability (Lean/Six Sigma preferred). Strong HSE mindset and experience implementing SOPs and standard work. Strong stakeholder management, including client-facing operations. Degree preferred; strong experience is essential
