1. Project Planning and Execution
- Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules.
- Allocate tasks to team members and ensure timely deliverables.
- Monitor progress and resolve operational bottlenecks.
2. Team Management
- Coordinate with design, content, field, production, and technical teams.
- Conduct daily check-ins and maintain clarity on roles and responsibilities.
- Provide guidance, support, and performance tracking.
3. Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Share progress reports, address queries, and ensure expectations are met.
- Manage approvals and maintain proper documentation.
4. Vendor and Partner Management
- Liaise with vendors for fabrication, printing, logistics, or field deployment.
- Negotiate rates, monitor quality, and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Maintain vendor agreements and track payments/POs.
5. Operational Oversight
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all project sites.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality benchmarks, and compliance norms.
- Plan manpower and material requirements for smooth execution.
6. Budgeting and Cost Control
- Prepare project budgets and track actual spending.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without affecting quality.
- Maintain financial records and coordinate billing.
7. Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain checklists, MIS reports, and weekly/monthly updates.
- Document project activities, photo logs, and compliance reports.
- Prepare closure reports and ensure proper handover.
