Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager responsible for overseeing international travel operations. This on-site role is located in Pune. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, coordinating with international clients, streamlining travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with travel policies, and leading a team to achieve operational efficiency. The Operations Manager will also handle budgeting, vendor management, and reporting activities.

• Strong operational management and project management skills
• Experience in coordinating international travel and logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in budgeting, vendor management, and reporting
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Familiarity with travel policies and compliance standards
• Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
