Operations & Market Coordination Intern

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and responsible intern to support our daily operational and market activities. The role involves market visits, coordination with vendors and manufacturers, packaging handling, and assisting the operations team in smooth execution of cosmetic product processes.

This is a hands-on field and coordination role ideal for someone who is active, organized, and willing to learn business operations in the cosmetic industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit markets for operational and packaging-related tasks
• Coordinate with packaging vendors and suppliers
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with manufacturers
• Assist in product packing and dispatch activities
• Handle material collection and delivery when required
• Support day-to-day operational activities of the brand
• Ensure timely follow-ups with vendors and production partners
• Help maintain inventory and packaging stock records

Requirements

• Intermediate / Bachelor’s student or fresh graduate
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Must be responsible, punctual, and hardworking
• Comfortable with field visits and market coordination
• Basic understanding of operations or supply chain is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
