Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing initiatives across various channels, ensuring that our brand message resonates with our target audience. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing to drive engagement and growth.

Duties

  • Manage inventory and keep accurate stock records
  • Label and prepare products for shipment
  • Pack and ship customer orders on time
  • Receive and process orders from new clients
  • Communicate with customers in a professional manner
  • Develop and implement multichannel marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct SEO research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms, including Facebook Advertising, to increase audience reach.
  • Collaborate on content marketing efforts, creating compelling copy for blogs, emails, and advertisements.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to track performance metrics and generate reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in the management of e-commerce initiatives, ensuring product listings are optimized for conversions.
  • Support advertising sales efforts by coordinating print advertising and digital campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within B2B marketing sectors.
  • Work with the Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Maintain the company’s Shopify website, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.

Qualification

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with online selling platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to handle inventory and shipping tasks
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and dependable

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of performance marketing techniques.
  • Familiarity with HTML is a plus for managing website content effectively.
  • Experience in copywriting that drives engagement across various platforms.
  • Knowledge of Google AdWords for managing paid search campaigns effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools to inform decision-making.
  • Background in sales or advertising is advantageous for understanding market dynamics.
