Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Duties
- Manage inventory and keep accurate stock records
- Label and prepare products for shipment
- Pack and ship customer orders on time
- Receive and process orders from new clients
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Develop and implement multichannel marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Conduct SEO research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms, including Facebook Advertising, to increase audience reach.
- Collaborate on content marketing efforts, creating compelling copy for blogs, emails, and advertisements.
- Utilize Google Analytics to track performance metrics and generate reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in the management of e-commerce initiatives, ensuring product listings are optimized for conversions.
- Support advertising sales efforts by coordinating print advertising and digital campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within B2B marketing sectors.
- Work with the Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Maintain the company’s Shopify website, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.
Qualification
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with online selling platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to handle inventory and shipping tasks
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of performance marketing techniques.
- Familiarity with HTML is a plus for managing website content effectively.
- Experience in copywriting that drives engagement across various platforms.
- Knowledge of Google AdWords for managing paid search campaigns effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools to inform decision-making.
- Background in sales or advertising is advantageous for understanding market dynamics.
