A growing luxury skincare and wellness studio in Slidell is seeking a motivated and creative Operations & Marketing Assistant— someone who thrives in both marketing and business operations and is excited to help scale a modern, results-driven beauty brand into its next era of growth.

This is not a typical assistant role — it’s a collaborative position for someone who wants to help build and grow a brand. You’ll work directly alongside the owner to execute marketing campaigns, streamline operations, and support the launch of new ideas that elevate the client experience. This role is designed to evolve into a Director position within 3–6 months, based on performance and measurable contributions to business growth and revenue generation.

Role Overview
You’ll be the owner’s right hand — helping turn creative concepts into actionable strategies, managing marketing and content creation, and contributing to business operations and event planning. This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, organized, and passionate about small business success in the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the owner to develop and execute marketing, business, and growth strategies
  • Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, and brand campaigns that reflect the studio’s luxury aesthetic and message
  • Oversee marketing initiatives, including collaborations, promotions, and scheduling
  • Plan and coordinate events, community partnerships, and educational seminars
  • Streamline operations, vendor relations, and internal systems
  • Develop performance metrics to track growth and marketing ROI
  • Assist with new service launches, branding projects, and expansion plans
  • Maintain brand voice and ensure alignment across all client touchpoints

Ideal Candidate

  • Background in marketing, business development, or operations (preferably in aesthetics, wellness, or med-spa industries)
  • Huge plus if you are a licensed aesthetician and/or have experience scaling medical spas or beauty brands
  • Creative, strategic, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through (think outside the box and bring ideas to the table)
  • Passionate about entrepreneurship, brand growth, and watching small business succeed
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Canva, Instagram, CapCut and email marketing tools
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and excited to grow with the company
  • Proficient in SEO

Position Details

  • Part-time to start: 10–20 hours per week
  • Opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the business expands
  • Expected to be a Director position in 3-6 months, based on performance
  • Competitive hourly rate + lucrative commission structure tied to growth and performance
  • Hybrid flexibility (remote + on-site collaboration in Slidell)
  • Monthly Base + Commissions + Bonuses
  • Free Facial every month after 90 days of employment

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
