Full-time, Monday–Friday, Daytime Hours
- Location: Medfield, MA (on-site at our headquarters)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
- Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience, paid training, 401(k) match, PTO
If you love dogs, enjoy solving problems on the fly, and can keep a lot of moving pieces organized, this role is for you.
Our team members typically live in towns like Walpole, Norwood, Framingham, Franklin, Dedham, Millis, Medway, Milford, Norfolk, Foxborough, Attleboro and commute in, so if you're in those areas and want a steady full-time operations/admin role in dog care, this is a fit.
We’re hiring a full-time Operations & Marketing Manager to support growth of our business services while keeping client communication and daily operations running smoothly.
- Pay: $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (no nights, no weekends)
- Benefits: 401(k) match, paid time off, paid training
This is not a generic office job. You'll be covering schedules as needed when there is overlap in handlers or walkers out in Medfield, Dover, Sherborn, and Needham, so professional dog-care experience (playgroups, daycare, walking, boarding, or training) and strong dog behavior skills are required.
- You enjoy running marketing campaigns and creating social content (social media, email, events).
- You’re organized and love managing schedules, bookings, and multiple software platforms.
- You can supervise on-premises teams, resolve conflicts, and enforce company policies professionally.
- You have strong client-service skills and can handle account inquiries with empathy and confidentiality.
- You’re comfortable with light facilities and vehicle coordination (maintenance, OSHA compliance).
- You can juggle admin tasks, record-keeping, and basic accounting/scheduling duties.
- You have 2–4 years relevant experience, a clean driving record, and solid communication skills.
- You’re adaptable, calm under pressure, and able to flag and document issues clearly for management.
