Dispatch/Office Clerk 2nd Shift - Job Description

To continue to support our aggressive and exciting growth, we are looking for an energetic and experienced customer-focused Dispatch/Office Clerk to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Dispatching Operations Department in the following:
• Answering phone calls and/or emails from customers and provide accurate updates on delivery status, or other concerns.
• Enter in orders into TLS system and print paperwork.
• Direct calls to appropriate dispatching personnel
• Assist in scheduling pick-ups and deliveries.
• Organize and file paperwork
• Interact with drivers
• Interact with dock and warehouse personnel
• Process and print delivery receipts
• Process and scan completed delivery receipts
• Check in drivers - ensuring all paperwork is completed properly

Requirements and Skills:

• Must be able to work the hours of 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm or till finished will all nighty processes.
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• People skills and trouble-shooting skills are essential to the position.
• Able to handle large amounts of record-keeping.
• Professional phone etiquette and clear written communication.

Benefits:

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Shift – 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm Monday - Friday
