We are looking for an experienced Operations Officer with strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end company formation and business setup services across multiple UAE Free Zones.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of business setup services, including company incorporation, license management, and visa processing, while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations and Free Zone requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end business setup services, including:
  • Company incorporation
  • License renewals, amendments, and cancellations
  • Visa processing and coordination with PROs
  • Handle business setup operations across multiple UAE Free Zones.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation for smooth approvals and timely processing
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing effective B2B/B2C support and business advisory services
  • Coordinate with government authorities and internal teams to streamline operational workflows
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Salesforce CRM for data management, client tracking, and operational reporting
  • Stay updated with UAE company laws, Free Zone regulations, and policy changes


Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience in UAE business setup and company formation services
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Free Zone regulations
  • Experience in visa processing and PRO coordination
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
