Operations Officer-Entry Level

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Officer-Entry Level to join our back-office operations team supporting retail stores across the United States. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance and administrative activities, communicating with vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational support for retail locations.

This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the willingness to work in a night-shift environment aligned with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance requests and operational support activities for US retail stores.
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and store representatives regarding service requests and updates.
• Monitor ongoing maintenance tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Follow up with vendors for service completion, invoices, and compliance requirements.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
• Support administrative and back-office operational tasks.
• Ensure service quality and vendor performance standards are maintained.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support business operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in night shifts according to US market timings.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Prior experience in customer support, operations, or vendor management will be a plus.

Location: DHA Phase 5, Karachi
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
